Founded in 2022 by Tony Lopez

As a former Vice President at MassMutual Northern California, Tony built a sales team ranked in the top 1% in MassMutual. Tony's value is his 12 years of Sales Manager experience, which allows him to take on 1st interviews and disqualify candidates.

During his 14 years in Financial Services, Tony was concerned about the "spray and prey" approach to recruiting and chose to start his own company in 2022 applying his philosophy of attracting  top talent with high quality organizations.

Fractional Sales Inc.  is a recruiting firm for financial services agencies with a mission to build an ecosystem for the most talented people and companies to engage. We specialize in wealth managers, sales managers and managing partners/general agent placements.

We operate as an in-house recruiting team and provide a custom recruiting and advisory service, as opposed to the classic “throw the resume over the fence” approach from traditional recruitment agencies.

The Model

To accelerate your hiring, we use an evolved recruiting model founded upon both parties vested interest.

We believe a key mechanism to our success is grounded in retainment based contracts.

Our model provides a dedicated recruiter committed to your goals and to ensure your hiring needs are met. We build
the necessary process to work as an internal member of your team and provide advice on the entire talent acquisition process.

  • $5,000 - $10,000 per month retainer (varies with size of territory)
  • Retention bonus: 5% of annual premium advisors place with agency 9 months after contract date
  • Bonuses paid on type of recruit (see below)

 

Rookie Adviser

  • Does less than $50k in insurance commissions
  • Less than 3 years of experience in the industry.

Included in retainer

 

Adviser

  • Does over $50k in insurance commissions.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the industry.

$3,500 per hire

Senior Adviser

  • Does over $75k in insurance commissions.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the industry.

$5,000 per hire
